On the 25 of June at 10:17 am I pulled into the Chevron gas station in San Ysidro, California to put gas in my car. I pull up to pump 4 and entered the building to talk to the attendant I brought an snicker candy bar and told the attendant to put 15.81 in gas on pump 4. Then I went to my car to pump the gas and the pump was not on so I went back to talk to the attendant and I told him the pump was not on. He said that he turn on pump one. I said no I told you pump four He said that if I want my gas I have to go to pump one. I went to pump one and another customer was pumping gas at pump one. I returned to the attendant and ask for a refund he said that he could not give me one so I said let met talk to the manager he said that he was the manager, then I said let me talk to the owner because I was not getting through him. He said that he was the owner Alan Ritchie; he said that if I want my refund I had to talk to corporate headquarters the number he gave me 1-800-chevron. I talk to them which was the credit card department and they just gave me the run around I did what they told me to do send a copy of the receipt including the case number which they gave me which is cvx-12-06-0039. They told me to send everything I sent a copy of the receipt. To the alert line PMB 3767,13950 Ballanty ne corp place, charlotte; NC 28277 It’s been over a month and I have not heard one word from chevron or received a refund check.
