Heading east on Route 422 in the King of Prussia area approaching routes 202 and the Schulykill Expressway around 6am on may 31 a Hospira truck driver proceeded to swerve rather quickly into my lane, not in front of me but actually next to me. Traffic moves fast here and the highway ends at this point so there is a decision time as to which way you need to go. I took fast and assertive action to avoid being side swiped. I will give the driver the benefit of the doubt that he did not see me but he was traveling in the wrong lane and waited to the end of the highway to swerve over into the lane for the Schulykill expressway. I at that point tried to get back in front of him as myself was now headed onto route 202, as i approached the front of his cab he started giving me the finger. Since i was running out of highway I had to put on the brakes (not very hard though) and allow the driver to go ahead and I blended in behind him to get back into the right lane of traffic for the Schulykill expressway. Once we were on the on ramp to the Schulykill expressway east bound the middle finger flying truck driver proceeded to give me some more. I at no point engaged in any of his activities for I was more concerned about driving. At that point I had enough and wrote down the drivers license plate for his truck and the trailer and I got some of the companies cab #. This driver needs some education as to safe driving tactics and manners. Front plate # was AF 41855 (tractor) and the rear plate # was XR 41764 (trailor). I had waved my papers at him (signifying I recorded his information) and at that point the finger flying stopped and he slowed down considerably. The company cab # I could not get completely because of traffic but the numbers i was able to record (# is located by mirrors up top on truck) #31980 ut there was a #6 in there somewhere, just was not sure of the placement-maybe #319680 or #316980. Not sure. Thank you-and I hope we can help him from causing a disaster someday.
