Usually delivering cancelation Notice thirty days before statement due

Our statement arrives on June 8, th 2012. On May 18th I obtain a cancelation notice for july 9th at 12:01 for non-payment of July preium. It has occurred twice: I question them why would you deliver cancelation updates, before statement is actually due and send them the week of the prviouse weeks cost. I. E May 8th cost, May 11th cancelation notice for junes payment produced. Discuss harassing a person. I'll not be renewing together
