Pepperidge Farm tractor trailor w/Pennsylvania license plate PT6452N was texting while driving on a busy interstate (I-81 northbound) in NY between Binghamton and Syracuse. I saw the driver swerve off the road three times in about 3 minutes and continue to text from a cell phone. The driver was not paying attention to the road, and his texting clearly prohibited him from driving in a safe manner. This was a scary site to see, especially from such a large truck on a busy road.
