Cancelled After Bankruptcy, Asking About Reinstatement Policy

I had a bankruptcy long ago, I never had problems with them, but after I filed the bankruptcy, my card was cancelled, what is their outlook or guideline for former card holder, I like the card for the one reason, you must pay your entire balance, every month, they customer serviced is the best, and that make it a good deal
