I ordered a 250cc Road Warrior trike on Sunday 3/18 which was advertised to go 65-70 mph. When I researched the trike with the manufacturer I noticed top speed was only 55.9 mph. I live in AZ and the normal speed is 70mph. I called great sports, inc and said that because of their false advertising of the top speed I did not want the trike and would like to cancel the trike order, they said that they have a no cancellation policy. The only way I could cancel was to pay a 30% cancellation fee ($1199.99) My cancellation request was 3 days after I ordered and didn't feel I should have to pay the cancellation fee. A couple of days after I complained about their false advertising they changed their website to the correct speed of 55.9.
