I was going to buy a can am spyder trike through him, with a phantom edition, the gentle man did not deliver what he had told me would me on the trike, i told him either put all the stuff he had mentioned before or i will cancell the deal. He refused and i told him to cancel the deal. He said and wrote on a piece of paper that he would cancel the check and issue a refund in 2-7 days. On that bases i went and bought the trike from another dealer who didnt lie and cheat me. Its been over two weeks and now he refuses to refund the money and tells me that the trike is used. I did not take possession of it and did not sign any papoerwork at all saying that i took the delivery. I have been trying to contact the general manager of the facility and have left numerous messages and he does not return the call. I feel he is just scamming me and taking advantage of me being patient. If anyone knows of of any state dept. Who can help with this i would greatly appreciate it
