They have a racket going. They dont have a qualified Hybrid tech, but think they can charge customers any amount they want to "train" the tech on the job. My hybrid problem is it senses a problem and the computer shuts down vehicle. They did an estimate, I chose to agree to it, I paid them, it broke down within 24 hrs of getting it back (I was left stranded on a remote hwy out of town), with the SAME EXACT problem. They refuse to even look at it again without another estimate. I cry foul, theyre supposed to stand behind their work, not keep charging me more money until they can "come across" the problem by accident once enough parts are swapped.
They do NOT know how to repair a hybrid, between that and their craptastic atitude towards their customer show's they can care less about their reputation and only care about money. Horrible company. All I want it my suv fixed or my money back. They didnt even come close to repairing it. They should just own up to what they did and are doing and repair my truck. Fyi, no vehicle for 3 months now and they've had it for the last weeks without even looking at it... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I'm ashamed to have purchased my suv there. Never again. A den of thieves is what it is.
