I currently have the hybrid end the boredom (torture) for just a week of a month. What i did not know when i purchased phone @ best buy was that they were "experinceing" problems with that service and they were issuing customer credit until they have fixed the problem. Abracadabra they figured out the issues and customer service is not allowed to give any more credit, they have to transfer the calls to there "tech" dept which i have spent 8 housr on hold while at work (i have multiple phone lines at work) and 3 hours the night before and guess what i still have no service my account is current all the problem is my balance to low. And until i get thru to tech i have no service unless i pay my montly service, and why in the h*l would i do that. My account is current. Thats my issue and my complaint.
