I purchased a 2009 dodge grand caravan. I bought it only five days ago. The vehicle is already showing bubbles on the paint where rust or damage was done. Apparently their was a complete cosmetic work over on this van. This was not evident at all just five days ago. The salesperson never administered any of this information to me. I often wonder how true their reputation is. It is surfacing like the rust quickly showing through the thin coat of paint that was obviously thrown on my freshly purchased van. The trans mission hums at highway speeds. The engine/transmission goes in and out, or races up and down whenever going up a hill. I have tried to work things out with them and they have not shown much cooperation. I have offered to purchase a brand new car from them after their personal " car investigators" were through with there assessment. I have nothing to hide. I just want a vehicle that will not bring troubles ahead. They have not corrected any of the problems that I have mentioned. They have a history of displeasing their customers to the point of news breaking material. Specifically, a women in the 1990's. Sureski refused to do what was right. They are a large dealership that feel they have the right to walk over, on top, and make the most money they can from their customers. Their prime location creates many oppurtunities for Sureski to do this to hard working people that are looking for a trustworthy sense of transportation. Please do not just take my word on their dominating nature over the consumer. Please look online to see that I am one of many people who have experienced buying a Lemon to which they hold NO responsibility. They need to be exposed to the public. They need to stop hurting people by arresting their finances through selling them a car that they know is problematic. Please help us!
