I called to use a coupon for $16.99 and try a new company for an oil change. I asked if they also changed head lights in BMW. I was told yes. The coupon was for a 15pt inspection and rotate tires, inflate, check brakes, suspension, fill fluids. Etc. I took in my car and left my door unlocked as I watched it the entire time.
Their le' incompetent shop person went out didnt bother to open the door instantly put the key in the door and instantly set off the security lock and locked out of the vehicle. They then heard me go ballistic. They then not only had no clue but tried to use a lock out kit which would have totally effed up my bimmer! HOW ignorant are they. When they effe dup my BMW I told them I expected my job to be done free for the inconvienece. Oky so adding to this, I have a disability — Multiple sclerosis that prevents me from walking long distances without issues. I was forced to walk miles and miles home... They never once offered to take me nor even try! Then I walk home unable to walk for 3 hours, and then had to walk back after calling the only person with the code sequence to unlock it and he called them direct and told them in no uncertain terms not only was it on them it was their problem but it was gonna be free and the health damages they did was uncalled for an unacceptable. They knew I had MS as I told them I was leaving and I had it. They had opportunity to offer to assist not one word. I was livid at this point. I WALKED back miles, never a call to come and get me or anything!!! I walked back knowing they had the codes and they didnot have the car unlocked. So I had to fix their fk up and I said now dont touch my door locks and do not use the key for anything but to start it... MORONS! I was past pissed and livid. I have NEVER EVER in 50 years been treated so poorly and discriminated against so badly.
I went back and they then tried to charge me for lights and it was on the order form to tell me the price prior to service so they did remove that but never did honor the coupon price nor courtesy the service for the damages to my bmw and the inconvience to me for having to walk miles disabled. Discrimination big time.
I called corporate in colorado. Both the jerk manager at this location and Mark at corporate were le' incompetent in customer service. Not a good way to stay in business with this type of ignorance. Common sense says try to open the unlocked door first! Omg! Then to top it off they both BLAMED THE CUSTOMER ME!!! For their stupidity!!!

Never ever take your bmw or any car to these ignorant rude rotten customer service location or company!
They not only do not honor the coupons but they fk up your bmw!!!
