This place is a grade A rip off, they overcharge for cars with over 100k miles. I've had my car serviced for the same issue several times and they still don't know what the problem is but expect me to still pay to fix it. And to add insult to injury, they (General Manager: Ethan Sivewright) wont give me an alternate vehicle.
They have me in a hazardous vehicle that shuts off at a moments notice and wont start 9 times out of 10 tries. My car cut off on me in the middle of a busy expressway! How dangerous is that? All they have been doing is playing the guessing game and throwing parts in my car. I am planning on contacting the BBB to send a complaint on my behalf and contacting my lawyer to get rid of this car and headache.
