The UPS store representive Ali in fourcorner, silver spring MD is a big thief. He put $2 on the wall for notary but he charged me 10 bucks for 2 pages and other $10 for my fax that did not go throu, m when i asked him, he said "it is the price you have to pay it" i couldn't beleive what he said. I went there to ship a letter to my country but i ended up with that.
