They sold me a contract for extended warrenty on my pick up i tried to file a claim for repairs and they are telling me that it not covered but the contract i signed up for states that it is they are

I purchased a extended warrenty with motor vehicle solutions and when i tried to file a claim they are telling me that the repair is no longer covered but i see nothing in my conrtact where there is a limit on any thing They are telling me that i have the wrong book. This is the conrtact i bought and now they won't honor it
