I had bought a car from Ford Motor company which I had purchased the xtended warrenty for. While parked in a parking lot, the car was totaled. When I went back to ford to have a different car put into the loan, they chose one a year older and used. They said my car had lost it's value. Keep reading, that is not my complaint. I agreed and was given the car and continuesd to make my payments. Then I starting having trouble with the car. When I brought it in for repair, they told me it was not under warrenty. I found that they had pulled the warrenty off of the back side of the loan without my knowledge and I was driving a lemon that had been returned by someone and they refused to honor the warrenty. I have put thousands of dollars into the car that should have been covered by warrenty
