There was a valve body recall which fixes the transmission slip on 2005 beetle. I gave my vin number and was told I had coverage to replace valve body. I was then told two days later that the vin was run again and it was listed as rebuilt and there would be no coverage. I feel a part that was recalled should not exclude rebuilt titles. VW should stand behind their product. This is my daughters car. I expected more from one of the worlds largest manufacturers.
