I purchased an Extended Service Contract from Warranty Direct. When I purchased the Contract I was told if it was not listed in the Exclusion Section of the contract it was covered. My mecanic and I thought the work would be covered because it was not listed in the Exclusion Section, but when he filed a claim it was denied. I called the company and they said it was in the Exclusion Section, but when I asked them to find it they couldn't. Then they said for it to be covered it had to be listed in the Included Section. It was not listed in the Included Section and the claim was denied. When I bought the contract I was told the Included Section was only a partial listing or sample listing because there were too many things to list - it was the Exclusion Section that was important. Well I feel Ripped Off. They tell you one thing to get you to buy the Extended Service Contract, but when you go to use it it doesn't cover much.
