Company does not honor contract

First Extended Service Corporation ("FESC") contract was signed at the time of buying a used vehicle with a reputable company in Lakewood, Colorado that I had purchased used vehicles from before. The vehicle had numerous mechanical deficiencies that arose after the contract was signed with FESC and the company was notified of these defecincies in a timely manner and as prescribed under the terms of the Warranty.

The Company refused to conduct any of the repairs on the vehicle despite the fact that the items were clearly covered under the "High-Tech Coverage" - and included repairs to the heater, transmission, suspension and mirror. FESC was contacted in writing and did not return and comments or correspondence. The dealer that sold the vehicle was also quite concerned with the desire of FESC to not conduct the repairs, and contacted them directly - but was unable to convince FESC that the Contract covered the repairs. (Having said this, the reputable dealer actually apologized and has made arrangements to complete the repairs partly at their own cost)

Beware! - FESC does not honor the Warranty terms and basically assumes that customers will not pursue the matter any further - or not poay attention to the details of the warranty contract. Save your money and either buy a warranty through another reputable company - or be prepared to pay for any repairs on the used vehicle yourself. Fesc is a ripoff!!!
