I also had many problems with these devices you can keep on complaining about it or stand up for yourself I personally wrote my State of Massachusetts Senator, Governor, RMV, CEO of the company, and others. I also opened a small claims lawsuit and got a judgement in my favor cuase these cowards know these devices have been proven not to work and did not even show up for court. So far I got a small cliams judgement in amount of 1271.00 for unjustfied lock-out fees and lost wages, 100.00 for towing, 95.00 for depiost and removal fee back from this so with that siad do not feel like that theres nothing you can do cause there is and I have proven otherwise so have the courage to stand up for yourself I did good luck
