The manager "Wilson" was eager and respondent when I was shopping for a rebuilt diesel motor. I decided to buy one from his company and he refused to use a debit card, so I sent a check to pay for the motor and when I returned the core motor, I would recieve the $4000.00 core deposit. He said he would pay for the shipping and it would be shipped w/in 3-5 days. After 3 1/2 weeks and numberous calls (and I had to pay for shipping [he said he would pay for the core motor shipping back to him]) I got the motor.
We put it in, and an injector is stuck (so now it sits in a local shop for repairs). I properly secured the core motor, he had his shipping company pick it up, driver inspected it and off it went. I waited for the deposit from core, nothing. Tried to call—no answer. I emailed him—nothing. Finally got through and the lady who answered said the motor was damaged during transport and therefore I will get nothing. I told her the driver inspected it and it was secure, if it got damaged during THEIR transport, it wasn't my fault and I needed my deposit. I also stated that the new motor was not running and wanted to know what to do since it is warranted for 100,000 miles. To date, they will not answer my calls, my pleads, NOTHING!
