I ordered a motor off of E-Bay from Motor Time - We Have Engines located in California on 3/23/10. They said a week for shipping and it took two weeks to receive. When I received the motor it was the incorrect one. I called them and they said it was the right one and that I had given them the wrong information. I proved that the information given was correct by the initial email that was sent and by taking photos of the motor that we need. For the next two to three weeks they said almost on a daily basis that the correct motor would be sent on certain days and it never came. I have repeatedly called and they say they will call you back and they never do. I have also been hung up on several times. I have asked for a refund for two weeks now and that hasn't been done. I have a brand new motor sitting in my garage that is of no use to me.
