In october i bought a 2002 audi 2.7 motor from Cherry. I paid for the motor by credit card. The motor was shipped to me. It was shrink wrapped on a pallet. The next day i unwrapped it to install it. When i opened it up it didn't have the exhaust manifolds on it like i was promised and it had a hole in the side of the block. It looked like a core that somebody returned.
I called cherry and the said they didn't understand what happened and told me that the shipping company would pick it up. A couple hours later by fax a shipping label came and the shipping co was there to pick it up. Cherry said they didnt have another motor so they would credit my card. I waited two months and my card was never credited. I tried contacting them numerous time. The phone would just keep ringing.
About a month ago I tried calling them and the phone has been disconnected. Then last week i get a bill from the shipping company looking for the shipping fees which cherry was suppose to pay. I called the shipping co and talked to them and they stated that they can't get in touch with them either.
