I am in the process of filing a real complaint with the BBB against this McCartys auto shop in Owensboro, KY, in addition to writing this negative review about their shoddy service, to hopefully warn other people not to go to them for help with their cars and trucks. The fact they continue to display the BBB sign in their establishment and maintain an A rating on their website is a total joke. I really believe that this shop needs to get shut down for the way they do business, which is horrible, and I am absolutely disgusted with their attitude and how they treat people, especially after they have made a silly mistake and just refuse to own up to it and admit they were wrong, and refuse to do the right thing to actually fix the problem. This is what happened to us:
My sisters car broke down on her in the middle of the road when she was driving home from work in Owensboro a few nights ago.
