A few months back, the harmonic balancer on my Ford F-150 failed. On the recommendation of an employee, my service truck was sent to these guys for repairs. It sat in their yard for 3 weeks awaiting 70 dollars in parts (that I was charged 200 dollars for), when it was fixed I was charged over 500 in repair work, plus storage fees that the owner of the repair shop previously agreed to waive.
Now immediately after the repairs were done we discovered the lights in the truck stopped working. Again we went in, he held the truck for 3 days to tell us the wiring and switches had failed not knowing we already knew the problem was a set of fuses had been removed from the engine-compartment fuse box. At that point we reclaimed our vehicle and ended the business relationship there.
Now 2 weeks ago the engine started making noise again — we figured it was in need of oil.
