Our car broke down on 71 SB and we needed a tow truck we phoned
D&T Towing 4/29 at 2:00am and we were told they could tow us so on 4/29 at 10:00am we dropped off the key and paid the tow bill we had to rent a car to do our job from Cols, to Cleveland, Oh.
At 10:30pm on 4/29 our car was still setting on the freeway on our way home from Cleveland so we called the towing Co. And we were told we could not get a refund and they will get to it when they can.
By 3:30 on 5/1 our car was not delivered yet so we had to pay another towing co. To tow our car. Never use this co. They suck and they are a rip off. This is a business car and they knew this and we still have a rental car due to there screw up because our car is in the shop.
