Bait and Switch and RUDE Customer Service

I made an appointment a week ahead and asked for a 'loaner car' for the service I needed. The appointment was set and confirmed again the day before. When I got to the dealership, they told me that I "wasn't worth it" to get the loaner car but I was welcome to wait while they performed the work (as they drove off with my car).

If I had that luxury, I wouldn't have made the appointment for the loaner vehicle now would I? I asked for them to bring my car back around, wasted an hour of my day driving out there, going through this run around and leaving to go back to work in a car that still had the engine light flashing at me since the last time they worked on it they neglected to re-set the oil setting on the car computer.

They will not see me darken their doorstep again since I am "Not Worth" their business.

In short, rude service employees that do not value the phrase "Customer Service"
