Requests estimate from insurancee company, copies the estimate onto letterhead and begins pressure for check to cover parts with explanation hat they are a small business.

Promises to do a great job and give cash back of the difference required to repair the vehicle. Promised to pick up and deliver vehicle.

Picked up 2011 Ford Escape Spent a week driving back and forth to Dallas to pick up check. Lied and said the bank was holding check for threee days but the check was cashed at a check cashing service and cleared the bank by the next day. His was after calling thee insurance company and credit union asking for the estimate and payment.

Promised the parts were new and said they were waiting for parts.
