I sent a present on Dec 11 to Ill. To my sons house. The package was returned Jan 1 to my porch. I called the customer service number only to find out that the late afternoon delivery I requested and was assured would be no problem was a problem. They tried to deliver three times between 11am and 2pm in the middle of the day. I felt the office personal were not honest, I am very angry that my grandchild might think I forgot her on Christmas and the repeated sorry's from the customer service do not do a thing for me. I can not understand how it was brought back to me and thrown on my porch like trash. If Im not a large enough client for them to take the time to help maybe they should have told me that up front and I would have taken my business elsewhere.
