I had a collegue of mine tell me story of NTB billing a $1000.00 for work on a volkswagon, when the car started acting up again, he took it to Volkwagon, and they tried to tell him it needed the same work done that he paid NTB-Jimmy Carter. He had the Volkwagon manager call the NTB manager, who, returned my collegues money. My wife took my car in to rotate the tires, and after a 45 minute wait, the manager said the tires only had about 10k left on them. He never said he didn't rotate the tires.
