After hearing about the nightmare my colleague from had, I was sorry I purchased tires there. My colleague was $1000 for a repair, only to find out the car dealer that the repair had not been made. After the dealership management talked to NTB Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, GA, the $1000.00 was returned. I asked my wife to take my car in for a tire rotation, after my wife waited 45 minutes, the manager said the tires would need replacing in 10k. He never told my wife he didn't have the tires rotated, they sold me Yokohama brand tires prior to my colleagues situation, guess what, my 80k tread warranty has 42k on it and they're worn out, "talk to Yokahama man, we don't get involved in warranty issues". Nice NTB, your fired. And watch out, watch your money, don't go there
