I always take my car for oil and tires rotation to martino tires, a couple of months ago a friend of mine made a commend;you are going to need new tires your tires are unevenly worn don't you have them rotated? Anyways i bought new tires and after 5k miles i took my car to martino's on sunday for oil change and tires rotation and i remember what my friend said and made a check mark on my front driver side tire. I left the car there, they called me when it was ready. I picked the car up and went to the store i forgot about the check mark about 20 minutes went by when i remember and checked the car to my very big surprise the tires where not rotated! I went back to martino's when to front desk young man saw me again he asked how can i help you i said my tires need rotation the only thing he said was give me your keys. I stood there to watch them rotate the tires. No one said a word. Did they ever rotate my tires? Is this the reason that the life of my tires are less than advertised. Are they really placing the oil purchased in the car??? My trust has been violated and ask that martino tire co remunerate me for tires that they have ruined.
