I had taken 2 of my cars for oil change and tires rotation. When I went to pick the cars up I was told that the oil was changed and the tires were rotated. I had marked the tires on one of my cars and the tires in the front and the back were from 2 diffrent companies and they had not been rotated. I asked the manager at the desk and he told me the tires were rotated.
He showed me the work order which said tires rotated but I told him they were not rotated he called the mechanic and the mechanic said he only did the oil change and another mechanic was to rotate the tires but they could not find the mechanic. So they did it for me but I had to wait.
Unfortunately I had not marked the tires on the other vehicle so I have no idea if the work was done.
