Spoke with sales rep first by phone. They didn't have the car I wanted in inventory but said they could get it for me. When I arrived to purchase the car they had the vehicle but had removed the Manufacturers Sticker from the window. I made the rookie mistake of not asking for it. It took 4 hours to complete the process so they had plenty of time to cover the sticker price with me but I never saw the sticker until a week after the purchase when I was looking for my warranty information. The warranty information was also not discussed in depth because they were attempting to sell me a "maintenance agreement". I looked at the manufacturers recommended sell price on the sticker (remember this was folded up in my glove compartment) and saw they had charged me an additional $1,000.00. They are dishonest which is I believe, one of the worst things you can say about a car dealership.
