Chad is just a very rude person. This past year they quit my gas limit which chance gas throughout my motor. After I got it back they cleaned the leading off having a cloth and place a brand new limit on that didn't match properly. A few months a chance I got it set for a oil-change, following a little argument with chad over handling, i quit. I subsequently observed gas leaking on my good clear colored garage floor. And so I returned and requested them to check on if anything was restricted, alternatively Chad insisted on going out all of the gas over my motor (recall the number limit problem). He stated it was not the oil-change. I eventually got right down to a storage that washes applications on the stand. Imagine where the gas was originating from, A FREE OIL-FILTER. Named Chad at NTB, he explained to document a with corporate and wouldn't I would like to keep in touch with the supervisor. I hungup. I never will go there again!!!
