BELLOCAT PRODUCTS (Tradeworking Ltd)
Tradeworking Ltd Sold the wrong component and it was also damaged on receipt London

I have sent several emails to http://stores. Ebay.co.uk/BELLOCAT-PRODUCTS to make sure the condenser for my Hyundai Matrix was the correct one.

I had replies stating it was the correct one for the vehicle-As I live in Spain I did not want any problems because of the distance.

I could not order directly off eBay as they said I had to pay by pay-pal to Tradeworking.
This I did and paid 120,00 GBP of which 25 was postage.

The parcel arrived and it was damaged on the carton and inside the condenser was bent, I immediately contacted BELLOCAT PRODUCTS (eBAY) and they asked for proof of damage I sent photographic evidence of the carton and the condenser damage.

They eventually contacted me by telephone after many emails (I kept all of them) and they said that the bend should not effect the performance and that they had another condenser on the shelf but that it was bent also.
