I had my wifes vehicle a 2002 Hyundai SantaFe's whole Air conditioning system replaced 7 months ago. This included the compressor, dryer, condenser. The air stopped working already so I brought it to DickSmith Dealership. They said a fan was needed replaced first before they would fix the condenser and possibly anythng else that needed replaced. They said this fan would cost me $2,000 so I brought it to my mechanic and it cost me $405. Obviously that is the first sign of them wanting to take advantage of their customers. I bring it back and then they said the compressor is leaking too, this of course should be covered under warranty and they told me out of their "goodwill" they would replace the condenser, but not the compressor. I asked them to either replace the condenser and compressor which are both still under warranty or would be bringing a lawsuit to them. I am now taking this company to court and I am hoping even for a class action lawsuit as I have talked to a few others who would be more than happy to join this lawsuit.
