CHW is denying a claim to replace an evaporator coil in the air handler that is leaking, saying I have improper service records and that I didn't replace the condenser last year. There is nothing wrong with the condenser, the problem is with the evaporator. I was told by the sales person that if everything is in good working order at the time of purchase it will be covered. You cannot speak to anyone that makes that decision and you have to start a dispute over email! My upstairs is now 98 degrees INSIDE!
