Blames the customer for damage to car under warantee

This is not the first time this has happened but, definitely the last. I brought in my 2010 honda accord after only three months for A/C repair. I purchased the car in Feburary and did not check the A/C when I bought it. When the months turned warm I turned it on and it did not work. I went to the dealership Ray Price and the service department told me it was the condenser and that it must have been hit with a rock.

I called my insurance company and they rocommended I go to another certified repairman. I did and they replaced the condenser. One week later, the A/C failed again so the repair center put another one in, this time an OEM version and checked for other leaks. One week later, failed again.

The service center told me to take it back to the dealer because they cannot find the leak and it is definitely not the condenser. I did and they found a leak in the firewall pipes and ordered and replaced them on the warantee. The A/C has not failed so far. I inquired about refunding the amount on the condenser $500 (my deductable) and they refused saying there were two problems.

I would not recommend buying or servicing an automobile from Ray Price in East Stroudsburg, Pa.
