I ordered 12 red roses from Bloomex to be delivered to my girlfriend while I was overseas. The flowers arrived on time BUT they were wilted lillies, which were a far cheaper option than the 12 red long roses I had ordered. I let the company know and they offered me a 15% discount on my next order. I refused and asked them to deliver the red roses. One week later the red roses turned up - oh dear. 2 of the heads had falled off as they were rotten, and all the greenery inside was dead. They fell apart when taken out of the box.
Then to top it all off - our Visa card number got hacked from the Bloomex site and used to purchase snowboarding equipment etc. The bank had to cancel all our cards - while i was OVERSEAS IN CHINA to stop the transactions. We spent days calling all the companies that we direct debit to, changing our cards details.
