I ordered the basket roses and carnations for my 83 yrs old mom for Christmas like every year. This is the 3rd time Bloomex screwed up..
1 st was the card had the wrong name and whom from 2 nod they send cookies instead of the flowers ordered and this year well I ordered on 22/12 to be delivered 23/12 with numberous calls, to 1888 and halifax be to delivery guy Tony no one could tell me where my 83 yr old mom flowers were... 24/12 am a Rebecca from the Hfx Br was to call me back and find out. To date no call and no answer... I AM so disappointed especially when my MOm so enjoys the flowers...
What is wrong with this company???
