On 3/23 I rented a Hyundai Elantra from the San Jose Airport, Costa Rica. The next day while traveling across the jungle to a distant beach the r/rear tire blew out. The mechanic that changed it told me the other rear tire was also bald, due to a improper wheel alignment. The two front tires were apparently taken off the front and put on the rear.in affect they sent me out in the middle of the jungle with bald tires. They ruined the day as I had to drive back to the hotel before dark. They did change cars the next day. This happened 7 months ago, I'm still waiting for an apology. I've been renting cars for 40 years. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Ed. Fahey.
