On 30th January I ordered & paid for 2 dozen long stemmed roses and a hand-blown glass vase to be delivered to my wife for Valentines Day. The flowers that were delivered were not long stemmed, it was just a bunch of roses, and the vase wasn't delivered at all. Calling their telephone line resulted in a recorded message stating (either) to leave a message (which I did), or that their phone lines would be switched back on on Saturday. I sent 4 emails, and tried their Live Chat facility. I sent a photo of the flowers. No response what-so-ever. I will not let it rest & will be taking it to the Office of Fair Trade.
