Several years ago, I asked the employee in auto parts which jack I should buy for my camper. I needed help in the decision, as this was the first large vehicle I owned. He said the expensive 4000 # capacity jack would be the one. (The total camper weight was 8000 #).
Luckily (or unluckily in the case of Walmart policy), I did not have a flat tire until I was in northern British Colombia with a blow out. This was the first time using the jack and it bent, so it is unusable.
I assumed Walmart sold equipment that was of a quality appropriate for stated use and they stood behind their products. Unfortunately, per Walmart rules, I must have had a flat within 90 days to prove the product was of usable quality or not.
So, I have a bent expensive jack for the trash AND I have learned Walmart does not stand behind their products.
Walmart Canada is another frustrating bad story. They need to get their act together.
