On Friday, February 19th, I went to walmart between 9pm and 10:30pm to pick up diapers and formula. After my purchase, I went to get into my vehicle and found that my tire was flat. After many attempts (in the snow), my husband could not change it because it was stuck. I had to wait until the next day to find out that my tire was slashed and someone had even kicked the jack out from under my vehicle after leaving that night. I was pretty much forced to buy a tire there, which was only $100 (as security stated) but when you have two young children, any amount matters.
My husband called the police, which they pretty much said they weren't going to do anything, and security, which they were very rude and lied to us (we called them 3 times) and said they would look at it and then did not. The rude man, Nathan told my husband that he kept calling and that he was being abusive. My husband was just asking if they looked at the tape. Then we called and talked to Frank (stated head of security) and he was rude also. He said the only way they would even look at the tape was if the police came to look at it.
I will never shop at Walmart again because they sent us around in circles and feel as if maybe we were scammed to spending more money there. Walmart will never get my money again.
