Poor customer service employee

Was contacted today at 11;12 am central time by an employee who identified herself as "Ann Marie Ferris". I had a problem with a magazine order that you didn't process, and she tried to say it was MY fault for doing it online, that I expected it too early, and when I told her to cancel it if it was going to be another 8 weeks, she went into a ranting rage. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she just kept yelling. I told her to let me speak to her supervisor again, to which she finally said she'd cancel the order, and then hung up on me. This person needs to be FIRED! HOW she got a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE is a complete wonder. I have placed a dispute on the purchase, in anticipation of not getting anywhere with your company.
