I received notification that my bank account had been charged 114.00 dollars, for a subscription to People magazine. I had not placed an order for the magazine. I immediatly contacted People magazine to find out how they obtained my credit card number. They informed me that a company named " live opps or ops " placed the order through a telephone order. At which time People magazine immediatly cancled my subcription to thier magazine. But, live opps would have to refund my money. I contacted live opps by telephone. The first person that I spoke to was evasive. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was forwarded to another person. Who was quite rude, would not give me his name, and said they received the order through a television order. I had placed no order for magazines on television.
