I placed an order with them in Nov. still did not receive. Contacted online, and they responded with the mistake was theirs, the order didn't go through when they placed it. This time I called the number, waited and waited for an answer. Called back and got a message to leave a message, which I gave them the info and asked how long it would take again to get the magazine I ordered in Nov. I received a call this morning from someone there who identified herself as Ann Marie Ferris, (not sure of spelling). She was rude and snotty right from the beginning. I only wish I had recorded it for U-Tube. I asked to speak to her manager, she refused, and hung up on me. I certainly hope they record their conversations, because this woman is one terrible customer service employee. I have since placed a dispute with my credit card company. THIS is EXACTLY why I only use a credit card for purchases like this. Don't EVER do business with this company.
