I called the Shreveport Glass Master location to get two windshields for two different vehicles that I own. I was told that both were in stcok and was given a price for each one. When I arrived at the location the next morning the windshield ordered for my Mercedes was wrong and I was told that they could not get the right one because it was not available. The windshield for my second car, a Lexus RX 350, was there but the price quoted to me was $ 40 more than what I was told. The staff was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I ended up taking my cars to a competitor (Glass Doctor). I ended up paying about $ 100 more for the windshields but I got excellent service without the hassle.
Bottom line: Pay a little more, get it done right, and stay away from Glass Masters.
