I had an appointment with Kittrell to replacement my windshield at my location at 8:30 this morning. I was there at 7:45 and waited until 8:45, then called them. They said, oh they changed my appointment to 7:30 and that they waited for me for 45 minutes, which was not true because I was there waiting for them. They then told me it would be closer to 2:00 pm because they had gone to do another job. I said ok, I would be there at 2. I called at 1:50 to make sure they were coming and they said it would be closer to 2:30, so I said ok and waited until 3:30. They never showed up. They did call me while I was on the phone with another glass company, Precision Auto Glass in Mobile, who is sending someone to me now to replace my windshield. I would never use or recommend Kittrell again.
