March 4th purchased the car from Bangor Car Care
March 11th Finally picked vehicle up. The mechanics told us that they had to keep it for a prolonged amount of time to fix many different problems to make it pass an inspection. The check engine light was on when we picked up the car, but the representatives at Bangor Car Care told us that the light was probably due to the gas cap being on incorrectly.
March 12th — We connected our OBD2 Tester to the car to check the diagnostic codes for the check engine light; the code said "P0306" OR Number 6 Cylinder was misfiring.
March 28th — Brought the car to Bumper to Bumper at approximately 9:30 A.M. For the transmission slipping AND the check engine light. They had the car in the shop for a few hours. They put Transmission Treatment Fluid in it and said they couldn't find any problems with either the transmission OR the Engine Diagnostic test. [continued below]...
